SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide intensive nursing care for critically ill patients
• Manage ventilators, IV drips, and haemodynamic monitoring
• Titrate vasoactive medications and respond to rapid deterioration
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary ICU team
• Complete accurate, timely ICU EMR documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications current
• Minimum 2 years ICU or Critical Care RN experience
• Ventilator management proficiency
