Automotive Parts Consultant Johnson Motors is looking for a driven motivated individual to join our revenue driving sales force. This position is in the parts department in our service area. Parts Consultant Responsibilities Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself / herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers. Establish parts sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Present a helpful and positive attitude towards assisting customers in their parts needs. Have a functional knowledge of vehicles, their mechanical operation & parts. Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
