Under indirect supervision of a licensed physician, the technician will be responsible for the precise mixing of allergen extracts, strictly adhering to established protocols. This role is exclusively for the preparation of allergen extracts.Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment if needed.Solution Mixing Technician - LVNPrepare allergen extract mixtures accurately, following standardized recipes and protocols.Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety and sterility standards.Label, package, and store mixed extracts appropriately.Document lot numbers, expiration dates, and maintain accurate records.Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices.Prior experience in a laboratory or clinical setting.Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation.Basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy.Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.QualificationsAllergy experience strongly preferred.Certificate and License : Licensed to practice in State of CAAssociate or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Ability to work independently under indirect supervision.Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation.Basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy.Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA complianceExperience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems.Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Excellent patient relations and customer service skills.Open availability to work during weekdays.Hourly Pay Range: $25 - $31.50Schweiger, is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in its hiring process with applicants, whether internal or external, because of race, creed, color, age, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetic information, veteran status, military status, application for military service or any other class per local, state or federal law.
