What Our Client Offers * Opportunity to build a career in international trade and export operations * Long-term career growth with a stable and growing organization * Collaborative, team-oriented work environment with ongoing training and development Responsibilities * Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents * Coordinate with freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, government agencies, and international customers * Prepare customer invoices, assist with accounts receivable activities, and review vendor invoices * Communicate across departments to ensure shipments move efficiently and resolve issues proactively * Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation Qualifications * 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or another fast-paced operational environment * Experience in customer service, shipping, operations, or accounting preferred * Export documentation or freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required
