P/T Retail Store Associate - Outlet at Tejon, 6247, Arvin, CA As a part‑time Store Associate, you will use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, build emotional connections, and collaborate with your team to achieve common goals. Collaborate with team members to support sales and the adidas mission. Qualifications Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Part‑time hours that vary with business needs. High school diploma, GED, or in‑progress. Three to six months of retail experience preferred. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills. Minimum age 16 years. Physical requirements: stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; operate a Brannock device. Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
