The Opportunity

We are looking for drivers who are motivated, punctual, and deeply dependable. Because we serve a diverse community in Orange County, your ability to communicate clearly with our clients in their native language is a vital part of making them feel calm and safe during their journey.

Core Responsibilities

• Compassionate Transport: Safely transport clients in wheelchairs or on gurneys to and from medical appointments and facilities.
• Safety First: Maintain a perfect driving record while strictly following all traffic laws and dispatch directions.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortably use Dispatch and GPS applications (Google Maps, etc.) to ensure efficient, on-time arrivals.
• Physical Support: Confidently assist with the lifting and pushing of wheelchairs and gurneys to ensure safe boarding and exiting.
• Professional Communication: Use your bilingual skills to provide clear instructions and comfort to non-English speaking passengers.

Requirements

• Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish to assist our diverse client base.
• Dependability: Punctuality is your greatest strength; our clients rely on you for critical medical appointments.
• Clean Record: Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Compliance: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to perform the physical tasks associated with pushing/lifting wheelchairs and gurneys.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
• Equipment Provided: You will be assigned a modern Company Van for your shifts.
• Comprehensive Training: We provide full Paid Training and ongoing on-the-job support no prior NEMT experience required!
• Flexibility: Both Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available with flexible scheduling.
