Candidates need a valid Ohio School Counselor License OR Licensed Social Worker OR Licensed Independent Social Worker Degree from an accredited college or university. Ability to obtain a pupil activity permit. Documentation of a clear criminal record. Experience organizing and facilitating small group counseling sessions. Experience in individual counseling. Experience in communicating with and engaging parents. Strong professional written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This position will have a strong focus on grades 5-8 as well as assisting other grades as needed.
