Loadout Relief Operator- $1500 Sign-on BONUS!

Job Type: Full-Time - Hourly

Goldfield, IA

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00am - 7:00pm

Starting Salary - $25.00/hour *gainsharing bonus potential*

• Assume the role of loadout operator as required.
• Fill in for loadout positions when vacancies or relief coverage are needed.
• Work at the direction of management when not assigned to a specific vacancy.
• Perform duties in accordance with housekeeping and compliance policies.
• Support safe and efficient plant operations.

• Must be qualified in the position being filled or able to become qualified.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support others in the plant.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate machinery such as a skid loader, end loader, and forklift.
• Ability to complete required DOT compliance training.

• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and position it safely.
• Ability to use lift equipment, stairs, and ladders to access elevated equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 6–12 hours per day.
• Ability to work in areas involving heights and confined spaces.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from below 0&degree;F to 130&degree;F.
• Ability to utilize a respirator as required.

• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Become qualified in all four jobs in the loadout area.
• Complete required DOT compliance training.
