Shift: Day shift; 8-hour day (08:00 - 16:00)

Hours/week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: NY License in Hand, AHA or RQI Certifications, Board Certified in Cardiology

Experience: 5+ years preferred; experience reading Cardiac Imaging studies (Nuclear Stress tests optional but preferred)

Hourly Pay Rate: $281.58

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient cardiology consultations approximately 3 days per week
• Supervise and interpret stress tests, including nuclear imaging (support for NUC reading is preferred)
• Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate stress labs
• Participate in hospital consult rotations between Massena and Canton Potsdam facilities
• Assist with on-call duties from 4 pm to 8 am as needed
• Support the clinical team with non-invasive cardiac imaging and assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered cardiac care

What You Need

• Valid New York State medical license
• Board Certification in Cardiology
• Epic EMR experience required
• AHA or RQI certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant cardiology experience
• Strong skills in outpatient clinical care, stress testing supervision, and inpatient consultation

Required:

• NY license in hand
• Board certification in cardiology

Preferred:

• Ability to read nuclear stress tests (not mandatory)
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient cardiology
