Commercial Operations Manager

A growing manufacturing organization is working to identify a Commercial Operations Manager who will lead and optimize the company's commercial operating system. This is a high-impact role focused on driving profitable growth through CRM strategy, pricing and quoting governance, contract management, commercial analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead CRM strategy, adoption, optimization, and data governance. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to measure revenue, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and commercial performance. Improve profitability by identifying margin improvement opportunities and partnering with cross-functional teams to address cost drivers. Manage commercial workflows including quoting, pricing, contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and quality agreements. Build customer scorecards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making. Coordinate customer visits, sales enablement activities, and executive-level presentations. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Program Management, and Legal to ensure seamless commercial execution. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function. Experience supporting a regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Proven success leading CRM implementation, optimization, and adoption initiatives. Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, contracts, and commercial processes. Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
