American Fitness Services (AFS) strives to be at the forefront of the fitness equipment services industry in Phoenix. As a delivery and install associate you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the delivery and installation process, which commences with the receiving, loading and shipping of freight. The position is critical to ensure that work orders are completed on time and meet customer expectations. This position completes the accurate building, transportation, installation and extraction of fitness equipment. Must have a clean Arizona driver’s license and comfortable working with the public. Delivery & install associate will be subject to varied tasks throughout the day and must be willing to accommodate these tasks; capable of working with others and can take direction well.

Traveling Delivery & Install Associate requirements:

• Ability to travel domestically via air or/and vehicle is a must (must have Arizona Travel ID).
• Participate in the day-to-day operations of the installation team assigned.
• Participate in the transportation and installation of fitness equipment to ensure organization and efficiency in order to meet customers’ needs.
• Participate in the warehouse functions to ensure organization and efficiency in order to meet customers’ needs.
• Have a “sense of urgency” to ensure orders are moved through the process as quickly as possible and address any delays with supervisory team.
• Help ensure all warehouse, delivery and installation standard operating procedures are followed and communicate any deficiencies to the department leads.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced.
• Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets and other product documentation.
• Able to operate all power equipment, warehouse technology, and other systems safely.
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational need.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
