As an Apprentice Bartender at MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, you will learn the craft of mixology and earn a pour card, while delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a lively resort setting. You will support bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during service. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on training in cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and bar operations. The starting rate is $15.80+ per hour + tips.

The Day-to-Day:

• Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes while maintaining sufficient stock of all items.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries

The Ideal Candidate:

• 21+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume resort setting.
