Our Physical Therapy Clinic is looking for a energetic Physical Therapy Assistant for our Physical therapy clinic. NEED TO HAVE A DEGREE in PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT. A great multi-tasker, honest, and a juggler is a plus.
Due to our continued to growth, we are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is a proactive caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude, and meets the following requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) therapy program – New grads welcome!
Current Colorado state licensure in PTA
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist
Progress patients skillfully and safely through the levels of treatment within the maximum capabilities of the patient
Consult with supervising Physical Therapist regarding progress and changes in patient’s condition
Document all treatment and other pertinent patient interaction in accordance with our policies
Provide relevant education to patient and family regarding home programs and activities
Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family and other members of the rehabilitation team
Maintain a satisfactory level of productivity according to clinic standards and demonstrate willingness to adjust personal schedule in case of crisis and real clinic need
Actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations with associates and attendance at workshops and conferences
Have a good grasp on Therapeutic exercises protocols
Able to work Tuesday Thru Fridays 9:30 am - 6 pm
