Construction Project Controls Specialist IV (Cost Analyst) Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA. Job Overview Supporting large‑scale capital construction projects for the Los Angeles Community College District – Build LACCD Program and similar initiatives. Responsibilities Oversee the integrity and accuracy of project budgets and forecasts in compliance with approved standard operating procedures. Actively participate in monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) meetings. Provide quality assurance to College functional staff regarding all financial documentation and reporting. Collaborate with Project and Construction Managers in drafting white papers for projects. Maintain and manage the accuracy and integrity of project budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor overall integrity of the project budget and forecast in accordance with approved standard operating procedures. Qualifications Advanced proficiency with program management software including e‑Builder, Deltek, and Proliance.
