Project Manager A well-established investment-focused organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives across multiple corporate functions. This role will be responsible for managing complex projects from planning through execution, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives that improve operations, scalability, and user experience. Responsibilities Lead enterprise technology and business transformation projects across multiple stakeholder groups. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment between business and technology organizations. Establish project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management processes. Partner with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions. Support initiatives involving enterprise applications, data platforms, process automation, and operational improvements. Qualifications 7+ years of project or program management experience leading complex technology initiatives. Experience managing enterprise software, infrastructure, data, or business systems projects. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and drive projects to successful completion. Background within financial services, professional services, insurance, or similarly regulated environments is preferred. PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
