Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake
Lutherville-Timonium, MD
$45–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain mobility, improve strength, and return to their highest level of functional independence through individualized rehabilitation programs.

What You'll Do:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on mobility training, balance, strength, endurance, pain management, and fall prevention
• Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions
• Collaborate closely with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
