Principle Choice Solutions LLC is looking for a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Colchester, VT, responsible for day-to-day case management operations and delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance and efficiency, and provide mentorship and clinical guidance. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a current Certified Case Manager credential, and a minimum of four years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
