Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Rockport, Maine

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Nights: 7 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Department and Critical Care. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients in need of emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, and NISHH certifications.
• Must be flexible and possess excellent communication and documentation skills.
