We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue. The Concierge will be the top source of knowledge for guests about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Responsibilities Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest. Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops, and attractions. Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren’ t quite right. Promote and sell special hotel programs. Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty. Assist other departments as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to make an impact on others. Outgoing and engaging personality. Advanced knowledge of the local area. Computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Compensation $24.00 per hour. Benefits (Full‑time associates) Paid Time Off: 2.15 hours for every 40 hours worked (~14 days), 7 Paid Holidays, 2 Floating Holidays.
