Tax Associate, Private Client Services

Positition: Private Client Services Tax Associate Location: New York, NY Overview A leading law firm in New York City is seeking a Private Client Services Associate to join its growing trusts and estates practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters in a collaborative and high-caliber environment. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives Assist with wealth transfer planning, tax-efficient estate planning strategies, and succession planning Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations Support trust and estate administration matters as needed Collaborate with senior attorneys on sophisticated planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Maintain strong client relationships and provide thoughtful, detail-oriented legal support Qualifications JD from an accredited law school 2+years of experience focused on trusts and estates / private client services Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in New York Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred For more information regarding this position or other tax opportunities, please reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
