Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Unit Details: Neuro telemetry population includes patients with CVA/TIA, subdurals, and seizure disorders. Surgical oncology patients are post-op only; no chemotherapy administration. Cases include Whipple procedures, esophagectomies, and colon resections. Vascular surgery population includes post-peripheral angiograms, PAD with wounds, and status post amputations.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement for nights: Friday night/Saturday night. Will be assigned a minor and major holiday if it falls within the contract.

Floating Requirements: May float to Med Surg if needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
