The law firm of Poyner Spruill is looking for an associate with 2+ years of experience in litigation to join our team in our Charlotte office. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic associate to join our hands‑on litigation team, which offers a sophisticated and varied practice. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings strong intellectual curiosity to every matter, and is eager to take an active and meaningful role in all aspects of litigation from day one. Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina, have a JD from an accredited law school, and have a strong academic background. We are looking for research, writing, and advocacy skills in an individual who wants to be part of a collaborative and active team.
