We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech that invests heavily in paid acquisition and is looking for a senior marketing analytics leader to build the next generation of its marketing measurement capability.

\n

\n

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure where none exists. The business has strong growth ambitions, significant marketing budgets and executive sponsorship, but they've reached a point where increasing spend further requires stronger measurement, experimentation and data science.

\n

\n

You'll own the marketing analytics function end-to-end, helping answer questions such as:

• Is growth limited by creative performance or media allocation?
\n
• Which channels are truly incremental?
\n
• How should budget be optimized across platforms?
\n
• How can acquisition scale without impacting credit portfolio quality?
\n
• What is the true value of a lead before it's acquired?
\n

Ideal Background

\n

\n
• Built or significantly scaled marketing analytics functions
\n
• Deep attribution, MMM and experimentation experience
\n
• Expertise across both marketing analytics and data science
\n
• Strong understanding of measurement infrastructure
\n
• Strong data background with proficiency in SQL, Python
\n
• Fintech, lending, insurance or complex conversion funnels preferred
\n
• Comfortable operating independently with executive visibility
\n
