We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help organize and support a variety of marketing programs, customer initiatives, and brand activities. This position plays an important role in keeping marketing projects organized, coordinating details between teams, and ensuring materials and resources are ready when needed.

The Marketing Coordinator will handle a mix of planning, administrative coordination, customer interaction, and hands-on marketing support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable balancing several projects at once.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and requirements for current marketing projects
  
• Organize materials and resources for campaigns, presentations, and marketing activities
  
• Assist with the rollout of new marketing programs and customer initiatives
  
• Work with internal teams to communicate project details and upcoming deadlines
  
• Support in-person marketing activities, events, and customer engagement programs
  
• Provide customers with general information about products, services, and current initiatives
  
• Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and campaign-related activities
  
• Maintain marketing calendars, project records, and internal documentation
  
• Track the status of ongoing assignments and follow up on outstanding items
  
• Coordinate orders and distribution of marketing materials, signage, and supplies
  
• Communicate with vendors and outside partners regarding project requirements
  
• Gather customer observations and feedback from marketing activities
  
• Assist with surveys, market research, and other information-gathering projects
  
• Monitor inventory of marketing and event materials
  
• Review project details and materials for accuracy before distribution
  
• Prepare basic activity summaries and internal updates
  
• Provide general coordination support based on current marketing priorities
