Kelly® is hiring Machine Operator I positions for Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas, TX. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. Pay & Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM | $17.85/hr

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment
• Read blueprints, routers, and work instructions
• Use calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
• Perform safety and quality checks
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Perform finishing operations using abrasive belts and wheels
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace
• Support other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift
• Lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and 33 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
