Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the full purchase experience-focusing on education, relationship building, and delivering a premium buying process . This is not a high-pressure environment-it's about understanding the customer and matching them with the right solution.

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
• Build strong relationships and understand customer needs

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust and work consultatively with customers
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Interest in automotive, off-road, or utility vehicles is a strong plus
