Business Operations Specialist

Talascend is currently seeking a Business Operations Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey . Overview This role involves overseeing business operations, supporting project management activities, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and developing process improvements to enhance B2B service effectiveness. The specialist will provide strategic reporting and contribute to organizational goal alignment within a global environment. Responsibilities Oversee and execute administrative functions, including review and documentation of service plans, project progression, and key discussions. Support project management activities, including report generation, presentation development, and meeting note documentation. Foster collaboration across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational alignment. Assist in preparing strategic reports for senior leadership and global offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and optimize B2B service processes in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging feedback and strategic thinking. Contribute to strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts to meet team targets and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, with advanced reading and writing skills required. 5+ years of experience in administrative support, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on B2B service planning and process improvement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong project and program management skills, with experience using tools like Smartsheet a plus. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise applications like Smartsheet.
