Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable CoordinatorWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role requires a professional who can manage the day-to-day processing of invoices and provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers. The position will be located at our Juneau campus, with a flexible schedule that includes remote work on Mondays and Fridays.Required Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentA minimum of 2 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience using a computerized accounting software or equivalentProficiency in Windows and Client Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP experience is desiredStrong communication and customer service skillsApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Accounts Payable and/or AccountingPrior work experience in the client's industryDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices by providing timely and accurate verification and processing of customer payments and invoice distributionResolve problems for internal and external customers, connecting them with the appropriate personnel for resolutionPerform extensive and detailed research of supplier accountsWork with banking/payment systems to process domestic and foreign paymentsApply internal controls and policies to ensure proper segregation of duties and safeguarding of company assetsCompany Benefits & CultureComprehensive benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growth
