Impactful RD for PACE: Clinical Nutrition & CACFP

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) at the PACE Site to perform nutrition assessments and deliver medical nutrition therapy. The RD will support CACFP compliance, menu planning, audits, and coordination with the kitchen and IDT to ensure high-quality nutrition care. In-services for kitchen staff and IDT members are included in duties.
