Growth Marketing Lead — Multi-Location Dental Network

As a young and entrepreneurial company, it is focused on building a high-performing network of dental practices and aims to double or triple its location count year over year. About the Role The company is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead patient acquisition and marketing execution across its growing practice network. This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who can develop effective growth plans and, most importantly, turn those plans into measurable results. The successful candidate will help increase new-patient volume, strengthen local practice visibility, and ensure marketing investment is focused on the channels and activities that deliver the greatest return. This is not a purely strategic role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly in the business, executing campaigns, managing agencies and partners where needed, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support rapid practice growth. Build consistent new-patient acquisition programs across the organization’s locations. Create and implement local marketing plans tailored to individual practices and markets. Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending based on performance and return on investment. Oversee campaigns across relevant channels, including digital, paid media, search, social media, email, community outreach, and local partnerships. Establish clear performance metrics and reporting for patient leads, appointment conversions, acquisition costs, and marketing return. Work closely with practice leaders and operational teams to ensure marketing activity translates into scheduled and completed appointments. Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey from initial inquiry through appointment booking. Support the marketing needs of new locations, including launches, local awareness campaigns, and post-opening growth. Build scalable marketing processes, tools, and playbooks that can support significant year-over-year expansion. Manage external agencies, vendors, and internal resources as the marketing function grows. Stay close to campaign performance and make practical, data-driven adjustments quickly. What We’re Looking For Experience leading marketing, growth, or patient acquisition in a multi-location business. A strong track record of generating new customers or patients through measurable marketing programs. Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing channel performance. Demonstrated ability to move from strategy to execution and deliver work directly. Experience with local marketing and location-based customer acquisition. Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to business results. Excellent communication and project management skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth expectations. Willingness to be based in or around Los Angeles and work closely with practice and operational teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in dental, healthcare, consumer services, or another multi-location environment. Experience supporting new-location openings or market expansion. Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional marketing resources. Familiarity with patient acquisition, appointment conversion, and healthcare marketing metrics.
