Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Personal Injury Attorney for Personal Injury Litigation in Atlanta, GA!

An established firm based in Atlanta, GA with over 32 years in practice is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3-7+ years of experience to join their team on a hybrid basis.  

This nationally recognized plaintiff firm has been consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work, with practice focused on trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and other negligence cases handled from intake through resolution on behalf of injury victims.

Offer:
Salary range: $125,000-$200,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience, plaintiff or defense
Admission to the Georgia bar in good standing
Demonstrated history of proven results managing a personal injury caseload
Proven ability supervising, mentoring, and coaching paralegals and support staff
Self-motivated approach with strong initiative and ownership over case outcomes
Comfort handling matters from intake through resolution, including trial preparation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities :
Manage a high value personal injury caseload that includes trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and other negligence matters
Handle cases from initial intake through resolution, including litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
Maintain consistent and proactive client communication throughout the lifecycle of each matter
Take diligent action on all assigned matters to drive timely and favorable outcomes
Collaborate with senior attorneys and trial teams on complex high value cases
