Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Help facilitate activities around the design and development of protective and creative structural packaging and retail displays, both for retail presentation and distribution.

Manage packaging performance and distribution testing to ensure integrity through distribution and at retail.

Create and manage packaging and material specifications for components, packout, and palletization.

Develop production Bills-of-Material (BOMs) to define materials and operations process.

Coordinate projects with internal packaging facilities to facilitate manufacturability and production efficiencies.

Help team manage vendors and contract packaging operations on potential designs to determine production capabilities, methods to optimize materials, structural components, and production efficiency.

Request quotations and compile cost estimates for Marketing and Finance teams.

Evaluate and implement cost improvement opportunities.

Support Marketing and Sales teams with tools and information for customer meetings and presentations. Including specifications, prototypes, mockups, renderings.
