Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination and oversight of subcontractors and self-perform crews
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and communicate updates to the Superintendent
- Conduct field quality checks to verify work is being performed per plans and specifications
- Support site safety compliance by reinforcing safety policies and participating in inspections
- Review and track submittals, RFIs, and field instructions relevant to active work
- Maintain accurate daily field reports, logs, and photographic documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Eagerness to learn field operations and grow into a leadership role
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling concepts
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
