In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Scheduling Available Perfect Fit Home Care is expanding our team and is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide non-medical in-home care throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for daytime, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts, we have a variety of schedules available. We make every effort to place caregivers with clients in or near their preferred service area. Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Why Join Our Team? Every client has unique needs, and you'll play an important role in improving their quality of life. Primary Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Provide companionship and social interaction Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping Offer medication reminders as directed Help with daily routines and encourage independence Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office Follow each client's individualized care plan Qualifications Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently in clients' homes Professional communication and a caring attitude Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required-training is available for the right candidate About Perfect Fit Home Care At Perfect Fit Home Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care while creating a positive and supportive workplace for our caregivers.
