As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote their independence and well-being, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and respected.

Responsibilities include adhering to the policies and procedures of the facility, providing direct care to residents, assisting residents with mobility and transfers, monitoring and recording vital signs, responding promptly to residents call lights and requests for assistance, assisting with the implementation of therapeutic and recreational activities, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, providing emotional support and companionship to residents, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements include being 18 years of age, holding an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice, having successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, demonstrating a compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills, being reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic, being able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility, being able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods, and passing a background check.
