We're looking for a Manager who is ready to lead, coach and grow with the team at Aster Clips. Our Managers earn $26–$37+ per hour, with great benefits, monthly bonuses, product commissions and a strong, established clientele. But what really sets us apart is the support behind you. What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
