Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tacoma, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry (TELE) Nurse position available in a healthcare facility in Washington. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac monitoring needs within a high-acuity environment, primarily at a designated hospital with potential to float to other regional facilities as needed. The position supports the overall mission of delivering quality patient care through the application of clinical expertise and compassionate service. Job Details Shift Details: Days, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; Washington State nursing license; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Telemetry or Med/Surg unit. Additional Responsibilities: Management of patients' telemetry monitoring, coordination with healthcare team, and utilization of Epic electronic medical record system. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system, telehealth monitoring, and float flexibility across units. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, document patient care, and respond to emergent situations in accordance with hospital protocols. Float: Float rotation may be required. Submission Requirements: Candidates must hold an active license and be willing to wait for license submission.
