Night Auditor

Description Our team is looking to add a motivated Night Auditor to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key point of reference for our guests and vendors. To be successful, you will need to exhibit professionalism and courtesy, possess outstanding communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Job Requirements Check-in/Check-out hotel guests Process all payments according to established hotel requirements Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team Job Qualifications Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and drive for achievement Effective at handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, and solving issues as necessary Ability to identify and correct potential security problems (e.g., locking doors after hours) Ability to work independently and remain composed in stressful situations Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The number of hours worked each week is variable and depends on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. The company cannot guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
