Process Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team at our facility in Monette, AR, 72447. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and products. Identify and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and safety. Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance. Assist in training new staff on process operations and safety protocols. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Five (5) years previous experience in a manufacturing or process technician role is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
