Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
