Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10 Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outpatient settings License: Licensure as a Physical Therapist by the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Outpatient experience Description: Position for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Daily caseload will be around 12 patients. Shift hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. No weekend or on-call requirements. The clinician will not float to other facilities. Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. Candidates must possess 2 years of outpatient experience. Previous charge experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have skills in AROM/AAROM/PROM, orthopedics, and strength testing. Patient populations include adults and geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 12 visits.
