General Manager In TrainingAs a General Manager in Training, you will learn to be responsible for the management of an Arby's Restaurant towards the attainment of agreed-upon Company goals and profits. You will provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees. While operating your restaurant in accordance with all Federal and State laws as well as Arby's standards, you will efficiently and effectively support your management team in all aspects of generating sales and profit growth. You will be the reason our guests will return to our restaurants.We at Arby's are committed to delivering a flawless restaurant experience to our guests and a stimulating career environment for our employees. As a General Manager in Training, you will be provided with a thorough training program and opportunities for advancement. The company will set attainable goals for you to meet in the following areas:OperationsProfit and LossGuest SatisfactionSpeed of ServiceQuality ControlWorkplace SafetyThe ideal candidate will exhibit the following behaviors. You will possess outstanding motivational and leadership abilities. You must have a positive and upbeat attitude. You must enjoy working with a team and in a fast-paced environment. You should show signs of drive and determination and a desire for personal and professional growth.Requirements:Minimum of 2+ years in food service managementA completed background check is required for all management positions.Placement into a management position will be contingent upon ACW Corporation's review and approval of background check results.Serve Safe Certification is a plus!
