Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.). Overtime Eligibility Status Non-Exempt Worker Type Employee Job Description Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Float Pool team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Position Summary: The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing their skill and expertise to complement other health care providers. No prior experience needed. Candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment that has a lot of variety. Units that candidate will float to include: neurology, ortho, oncology, med-surg/ surgical, ICU/critical care, cardiac telemetry, and observation. Work Schedule: 0.8 FTE, Overnight 8-hour shifts & every other weekend Required Qualifications: All candidates must be current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry OR be an LPN student or a Jr. level nursing student, which means completion of first quarter clinicals with an accredited RN or LPN program.
