About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Corporate Compliance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and maintenance of a robust, risk-based compliance management system to ensure adherence to all relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance. This includes the establishment of a strong internal control framework, the identification of compliance-related risks, and the development of compliance policies and procedures. The role also involves conducting quality assurance and testing reviews, investigating compliance findings, and collaborating with business units to address compliance concerns. Applicants for the Corporate Compliance Officer (AVP) position at the company should have a strong background in compliance, and risk management, and a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations. The role requires the ability to conduct risk assessments, perform quality assurance reviews, and provide targeted training on compliance topics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing compliance with marketing materials, acting as a liaison with examiners and auditors, and be adept at handling special projects as needed.
