Inventory/Materials Specialist

Entry-Level Warehouse Opportunity

1st shift

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory and material handling activities.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate counts, labeling, and documentation.
  • Ability to reliably lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
  • Stand-up forklifts/pickers and manual pallet jacks are preferred, or comfortable training

Work Environment

This role is based in an industrial warehouse environment with moderate noise levels that can occasionally become high. The position is physically demanding and frequently requires standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel materials, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee will occasionally sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The role involves frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 70 pounds, and rarely up to 100 pounds. Strong vision capabilities are required, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work involves regular use of powered equipment such as stand-up forklifts/pickers and manual pallet jacks, as well as RF scanners and computer systems for ERP and carrier portals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Issaquah, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
