Service Advisor
Whitewater, WI | Burtness Chevrolet Buick GMC
Burtness is looking for a customer-focused, organized Service Advisor to join our growing team at our Whitewater location . If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being the bridge between customers and technicians, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and timelines
- Handle billing, payments, and warranty information
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort using dealership software
- Previous automotive or service advisor experience preferred (but not required — we will train the right person)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
