You’ll maintain food safety and sanitation standards, monitor inventory, and assist with ordering and storage. The Cook collaborates closely with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly, coordinates with front-of-house on special requests, and helps maintain a clean, organized workspace. Successful candidates bring strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
