Sales and Marketing Associate

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
Leading Powersports aftermarket business is seeking a full time dedicated sales and marketing professional to assist with event support, sales and marketing tasks, account management, rider support, and warehouse tasks. Position is in office, based in Jacksonville, FL, with travel.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks: 1 – Managing Race Support / Sales Events: · Stocking and organizing product in support van · Organizing travel arrangements for race support events · Attending race support and sales events as brand representative selling product and providing customers product selling points 2 – Account management : · Be point of contact for business accounts assigned · Manage Brand assets for assigned brand 3 – Update website : · New Product Added to the website · Update Pricing/Images · Update Bike Finder Excel database with new model years/part number 4 – Order pick/pack/ship process : · Upon completion of daily order entry; pick and pack orders · Using Sage ERP and UPS software to complete daily orders · Customer Service / Phone / Email 5– Manage and reply to incoming sponsorship and event support requests 6 – Various warehouse tasks : · Inventory receiving · Inventory counting · Order fulfillment 7 – Research new model bikes and ATV/UTV to confirm if new product designs are needed

Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior. · Communication Skills: The ability to convey brand messages effectively. · Strategic Thinking Skills: The ability to understand and solve complex problems across multiple business functions. · Project Management Skills: the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Requirements: · Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role. · Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. · Ability to think creatively and strategically while paying attention to detail. · An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is acceptable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills. · Strong time management skills. · Ability to maintain a professional disposition and be courteous. · Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment. · Analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance. · Ability to travel weekends for events
