Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience with HCHB and OASIS is required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Productivity requirement: 30 points
• Coverage area includes Bartow and Paulding Counties
• On-call requirement: None

Location Highlights

Cedartown offers access to Northwest Georgia landmarks and outdoor recreation within a short drive. The city is home to the Silver Comet Trail, a multi-use trail that begins in Cedartown and extends more than 60 miles toward the Atlanta metro area, and it sits about 20 miles from Rome for additional dining and entertainment. Talladega National Forest in Alabama is roughly 35 miles away for hiking and scenic drives, while downtown Cedartown provides a quieter small-town setting with historic architecture and local parks. Atlanta is approximately 70 miles east, giving travelers access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and major city attractions while maintaining a more relaxed home base in Polk County.
