Key Responsibilities Direct and participate in day‑to‑day resident care activities. Provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations. Assess resident conditions and develop appropriate nursing interventions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately. Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel. Ensure compliance with resident care policies, procedures, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life while maintaining a safe environment. Qualifications Current and active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Long‑term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to make sound decisions and exercise professional judgment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient with electronic health records and documentation systems. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as required. Must successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
